Group templates

Start with a team structure, not a running team. Group templates are separate from packs: they describe members and their roles.

Group names, descriptions and released member roles stay as authored (English).

Marketing team

Radar → source pool → creator → editor → your selected publishers. Draft-first, with revision-bound approvals.

Radar collects authorized evidence in a shared source pool. The creator drafts from source revisions; the editor reviews before selected publishers receive approved content. The coordinator handles handoffs.

Choose only the publisher channels you need (Blog, X). Zero publishers is supported: keep the team draft-only. Approvals are tied to the reviewed content revision, not a blanket permission to publish.

Prepare your setup

Prepare a private shared AI config, pack dependencies, a shared source pool, and scoped team/channel bindings yourself. Connect credentials only for selected channels; none ship in the template.

Downloading or installing never grants credentials or starts agents. Creation writes a workspace; starting it and authorizing tools, data access and publishers are separate host decisions.

Review template source

No group release is published yet. The source template uses placeholder dependency checksums; it is not an installable archive. Installation will be available only with reviewed release metadata and a real SHA-256 digest.

CLI syntax (requires a real archive and digest)

soot group add <archive> --sha256 <digest>

After verified installation

Replace <installed-directory> with the directory reported by soot group add. The create command below is a draft-only example; omit --draft-only only when you intend to configure publishers.
