One Clear Job at a Time
A practical way to scope focused work for a Soot: define the outcome, share context, and grant only the tools it needs.
Start with the outcome
A focused assignment is easier to understand when it says what needs doing. Before handing work to a Soot, name the result you want rather than leaving the task open-ended.
Add context and boundaries
Share the information relevant to the job, along with any constraints. Then consider which tools are actually needed and grant access accordingly. Clear context and limited, deliberate tool access help make the assignment understandable.
Split work when roles differ
If a larger task spans distinct responsibilities, separate them into distinct jobs. That makes it easier to see who—or which Soot—is handling each part. Start with one clear job, and add another when the work calls for it.
